Hours

Note:  Effective March 30, 2020, the Library is temporarily closed to patrons until further notice due to the COVID-19 situation per directive from the Governor and the City of Valley Center.  Items may be returned to the book return boxes in the parking lot during this time but no library materials can be checked out. Staff will be monitoring emails and Facebook messages and can assist with Library account issues.  Phones will not be attended and voice messages will not be returned.  Please reach us via email at valleycenterlibrary@yahoo.com.  All due dates will be extended and fines will not accumulate. 

Summer Hours (March 1-Nov. 1)

Weekdays: 10 am-6 pm
Thursdays: 10 am-8 pm
Saturdays: 10 am-2 pm
Closed Sundays

Winter Hours (Nov. 1- March 1)

Mon.-Wed.: 10 am-6 pm
Thursdays: 10 am-7 pm
Fridays: 10 am-5 pm
Saturdays: 10 am-2 pm
Closed Sundays

In case of inclement weather, the library will close when USD 262 schools close. If dangerous weather is threatening, the Library may close early to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons.

Free Wi-Fi Hours of Availability:
7 am to 8:30 pm, 7 days per week
