For each can, box, or bag of soup donated, the Library will waive $1 in existing fines. Items must be new, unopened, undamaged, unexpired, and must be commercially prepared (nothing homemade or home canned, please) . 4 Ramen noodle packs=1 soup item. Donated soups will be placed in the VC Food Donation Box located inside the Community Center. Does not apply to other Library fees such as replacement costs, printing, etc.
