Be sure to include name and age, name of costume (so we get it correct when we list the winners in the paper!) and what division you are entering. By entering you agree that your name or your child/ren’s name(s) and likenesses can be used in the Ark Valley News and on social media. Divisions: Infant-PreK; K-1st; 2-3rd grades; 4-5th grades; 6th through adult; family or group. 2 winners will be selected by Library staff for each division. Decisions of the library staff judges are final.
