The Friends of the Valley Center Library is once again offering a one-time scholarship for area graduating seniors.

Deadline for submission is April 1. VCHS seniors should submit through the High School Counselor’s office. Other area seniors living within the boundaries of USD262 Valley Center may submit required application, supporting documents, and essay, to the Library.
