Feb. 16 – all day at Valley Center Pizza Hut – Fundraiser for the Community Center/Library Building Fund.  Enjoy food and help the Friends of the Library at the same time.  Stop by the Library for the necessary certificate.  20% of eligible purchases when using the certificate go to the Building Fund.

Thu. Feb. 23, 6:30 to 7:30 pm – Cocoa or Coffee (and other treats!) with our Firefighters

Thu. Mar. 2 – Happy Birthday Dr Seuss!  Make a card at home or stop by to make one here to hang on our door to celebrate!  A special guest reader (hint: he has a long tail and wears a red and white striped hat!) will visit Story Time at 10:30 am

Thu. Mar. 2, 3:30-4:30 pm – High School Book Discussion (topic: favorite books from your childhood)

Fri. Mar. 10, 6:30-7:30 pm – Tween Party (kids in 5th through 8th grades) – must RSVP by Mar. 6.  Can we top our indoor “snowball fight?”  Come and find out!

Sat. Mar. 18, 10 am – ? – Adult Craft Workshop – Make an Easter Egg Wreath ($3 pays for the materials, all you need to supply are any ribbons or flowers to add to your creation, and we welcome people bringing glue guns if they have them!) — RSVP as soon as you can, workshop limited to 12 people

Week of March 20, Mon.-Fri., 2 pm each day – Superhero Spring Break Movies with free popcorn, coloring and puzzle sheets!

Wed. afternoon Mar. 29 through Sat. Apr. 8 during regular library hours – Semi Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale

Sat. Apr. 15, 1 to 3 pm – Spring Party and Egg Hunt!  Play games, make crafts, eat popcorn, and register for prizes from 1 to 2, egg hunt will begin around 2 pm
