It’s easy!!

If you do not have printing capabilities at home or elsewhere, come by the Library building between 10 am and 4 pm, Mon-Fri, and call us when you are at the front doors.  We will bring you a paper application.  Fill it out, sign it, and bring it back with your Kansas ID or Kansas Driver’s License and we will process a new card for you.

If you can print at home, print out this application form Library Card Application, fill it out, sign it.  If you can scan or take a picture of it and your Kansas ID or Kansas Driver’s License, email the scan to: valleycenterlibrary@yahoo.com.  If you can’t scan and email, bring it by the Library as per the above.
