Friends of the Library Scholarship

Attention Graduating Seniors residing in the USD262 Valley Center district 

Submit your application for the Friends of the Library Scholarship no later than 5 PM, Tues. April 1.  Applications may be returned in person or emailed to: [email protected].  Students at VCHS must return application to their school counselor’s office.

Application Form and requirements can be found below.

Applicants must be a senior in the current graduating class and reside in the Valley Center School District boundaries or attend Valley Center High School.

Spring Break 2025 Movies at the Library – Week of March 17

Monday – A Bug’s Life rated G; Tuesday Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs rated PG; Wednesday Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax rated PG; Thursday The Bee Movie rated PG.

All movies approx. run time 1.5 hours. Free popcorn will be served. BYO water in container with lid, water fountain available for refills. Children younger than 8 must be accompanied by responsible caregiver 12+ years old. For accommodations please contact the library.
